Introduction to Colored Pencil
Colored Pencils have gained popularity as a relatively new Fine Art medium and are a wonderful sketching and drawing medium, which offer the added benefit of color. We use the Prismacolor brand, which is widely available and comes in a huge range of colors. They have a waxy composition and soft core, which allow for layering and blending, but they also can be sharpened to a fine point, making them ideal for detailed work.
